Join us as we welcome our guest speaker, Robert T. Brown, UIUC ’88, who is president and CEO of Lincoln International, one of the country’s premiere middle market investment banking firms.
Robert T. Brown Bio
Robert T. Brown is the chief executive officer of Lincoln International, a global investment banking advisory firm headquartered in Chicago. A 1990 graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a Bachelor of Science in accounting, Brown has been instrumental in Lincoln International’s growth since joining the firm in 1998. He has played a pivotal role in expanding the firm’s global footprint and fostering a culture that emphasizes talent development at all levels. With nearly three decades of experience, Brown has advised leading private-equity groups, privately owned businesses, and large public companies on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives. Beyond his professional achievements, he is actively involved with his alma mater, serving on the Dean’s Business Council for the Gies College of Business and contributing to the naming of the Lincoln International Atrium within the Business Instructional Facility. Brown also dedicates time to philanthropic efforts, including his role as vice chair of the UNICEF USA national board of directors. He and his wife Amy are also the proud parents of four adult daughters.
